We offer blood tests to check whether a child (or adult) is protected against the infections against which immunisations are offered.

These tests measure your child's immunity to the various diseases. They are a good guide to whether your child is protected against the infections. They cannot guarantee that your child will not catch a specific illness as this depends on other things apart from the antibody levels measured. Nevertheless, they do give a good indication of whether your child is protected or not.

We have negotiated special rates for the blood tests with a laboratory in central London, a short walk from our clinic in Wimpole Street.

Requesting a blood test

The arrangement we have with the testing laboratory requires that all blood tests be paid for in advance. Please send a cheque in advance, payable to samedaydoctor, with details of your child and the blood tests required, to our postal address.
